Learn MoreEveryone here is so organized, friendly and kind. I was so unbelievably nervous to go in for my procedure, however, the ladies at the front desk were welcoming and helpful and friendly. Then, the nurse who took me into pre-op made me SO comfortable and walked me through every single step. She eased all of my concerns and made me so much less anxious. She even used a smaller needle for my IV which eliminated the anxiety I have about needles. My anesthesiologist was equally as friendly , and I felt so safe. The facility is clean, and their COVID protocols made me feel even more safe. I woke up from my procedure to friendly faces, and they gave me an ice pop to ease the pain in my throat. I hope I don’t need another procedure, but if I do, I really hope it can be performed here. Thank you to everyone who was with me yesterday through this process. What wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable people!
I just had a tonsillectomy there today and I had nothing but a great experience! I was nervous, as this was my first surgery in years, and also during the covid-19 era. The receptionists were very nice! As well as my nurses, Donna & Karen. I felt very safe and cared for the entire time. Was honestly a very smooth and pleasant experience considering it was for surgery!! Would definitely recommend this center to my friends and family.
I was nervous about having my daughters surgery here after reading the reviews. I’m so happy I went with my gut. They were all amazing, the whole procedure went great. The surgery center is very clean and organized, all the doctors and nurses (Amy) in particular we delt with were beyond amazing. I can’t thank them all enough! Don’t always believe what you read on the internet trust in your gut and most importatly trust your doctor!
After reading some reviews I was really concerned about having my kids surgery done at this facility. Honestly I have zero complaints. I had three kids that had tubes and adenoids out on the same day. The staff was nice, nurses were great and doctors were great with amazing bedside manners. I’m a registered nurse who used to work in the recovery room and I was very impressed with the care my kids received. The center provided me with my insurance benefits and explained what I needed to pay and what was covered and I came prepared. I was very stressed out about having three kids scheduled on the same day but the staff made everything smooth sailing. My family and I had a very good experience.
I've had several procedures at Ridgedale with Dr. Shah & staff. All have been professional, comfortable & effective. John the nurse always does a great job with the IV, & is very knowledgeable. (Am a Medicare patient).
Organized, clean and efficient facility for same day surgery with your own doctor.
The nurses and anesthesiologist were wonderful with both of my children.
Great experience. Very professional, friendly staff, respectful and courteous. Dr. Matthew Krupnick was the Gastroenterologist and Dr. Moses (Anesthesia). I wish I could remember everyone's names but the entire process, from beginning to end was professional, respectful, careful and made what could easily have been a frightening dreadful and awkward procedure, a calm friendly and not at all unpleasant experience. Being on Medicaid, has been a daunting experience for the last few years. I have had more than enough scary medical and dental experiences to last a lifetime. Ridgedale Surgery's workload looked to be very very busy, but the staff, (Linda, (I think) who put my pic line in was very nice (and pretty too btw!) really put me at ease, and even exchanged some gentle professional humor which calmed me immediately. ( I'm not the least bit ashamed to admit that I was petrified about this procedure). I wish all my (and your) healthcare concerns go as today's did for me. I was very pleasantly surprised. Thanks again to everyone for making today a lot less scary, and for taking good care of me. (I swear, is not the anesthesia talking) Sincerely, Dave (the guy w/Malaria) 😁
Everyone was very professional and I felt very comfortable with them.

If it weren't for my Dr. who was wonderful, I would have given this 2 stars. I was met with a very rude office person whom argued with me about owing a sizeable amount of money before having my procedure. It was not the nice lady who checked me in, but someone else who claimed to speak with my insurance company. That was untrue as when I got home and called my insurance, they informed me that there were no notes of a call, which meant they only listened to an automated response. And I was right, I owed $0 and am now waiting for a refund so not to incur finance charges. I feel I should have gotten a call much sooner about this not told the morning of. Especially since I had been fasting for over 36 hours. She also treated me poorly when I had asked to use the restroom, when I had already waited an hour and a half. She said very bluntly, "Well, can't you just hold it??" The rest of the staff and nurses, Dr's were quite nice. But this experience put me in a terrible frame of mind right before I was going under anesthesia. I understand it was busy but the way I was treated was uncalled for.
