Insurance and Billing
Ridgedale Surgery Center accepts most major insurances. We will bill your insurance carrier for you; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Since your insurance policy and coverage is between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure.

Overall we received a good and efficient service on day of my son’s tonsillectomy, from check-in, wait time to recovery and discharge. Staff was very helpful. I had to remove 1 star because it took several phone calls to get an estimate prior to surgery. The surgery was booked 5 weeks prior and until the week of surgery I had to make another follow up to get the estimate. It was important to me because they require payment on the same day and we are talking at least 3k out-of-pocket after insurance & deductible. They billed our insurance 9k for a 30 min procedure (and this doesn’t even include the surgeon and anesthesiologist fees). Go figure but that is really a healthcare issue of our country. Overall, 4 stars for the facility & staff care during the surgery.
